We take great care in handling goods, but certain items such as valuables, cash, jewellery, fragile antiques, hazardous materials, and perishable goods must be declared in advance. Customers are responsible for packing such items separately or informing our team before the move. While we make every effort to deliver damage-free services, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or improper packing done by the customer. Insurance coverage, if opted for, is handled as per the insurance provider’s terms.

Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, vehicle availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure that someone is present at both locations during the scheduled time for documentation, loading, and unloading. Any waiting time or rescheduling may result in additional charges. Once goods are delivered and acknowledged, our responsibility for the shipment ends.
